Every number is measured from real job postings tracked across the US, Canada, and remote markets. Thin samples are suppressed rather than estimated, and Canadian pay stays in Canadian dollars.
Measured p25/p50/p75 come from live postings that disclose a range; n is the disclosing-posting count. Delta is the guide midpoint vs today’s measured median.
