Every number is measured from real job postings tracked across the US, Canada, and remote markets. Thin samples are suppressed rather than estimated, and Canadian pay stays in Canadian dollars.
Premium compares the posting midpoint against the measured median for the same canonical role. Roles publish only once the market sample clears the gate, so a thin role shows no premium rather than a noisy one.
