Position Summary:

The Staff Accountant is responsible for managing the accounts payable function for the Equify family of companies while supporting month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and general accounting activities. This role works closely with the Controller and accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain strong internal controls, and support timely month-end close processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to develop a broad accounting skillset within a growing specialty finance company.   The ideal candidate enjoys working in a collaborative environment, takes ownership of their work, and is eager to build a strong accounting foundation within a growing specialty finance organization.
