Modern Family Law , a rapidly expanding national family law firm, is seeking an experienced and detailed Staff Accountant to join our growing Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a financial professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-state environment and is eager to contribute to a mission-driven organization focused on helping clients move forward with their lives. The Staff Accountant plays a critical role in supporting the firm’s financial operations, including general ledger activities, reconciliations, compliance filings, and collaboration with cross-functional partners. This is a full-time, remote position reporting to the Senior Accountant. Modern Family Law offers competitive compensation, a wide range of benefits, and a culture built on family values. Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $70,000-$90,000. This range is a reasonably reliable estimate of the base salary that this individual is expected to receive. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, HSA/FSA options, short-term and long-term disability, dental and vision care, life insurance, 401(k), vacation, sick time, and access to an employee assistance program. Additional voluntary benefits include accident insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, critical illness insurance, long-term care insurance, and pet insurance.
