Senior Accounting Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Accounting Manager to lead a dedicated team for one of our key clients. What this job involves:

• Oversee timely and accurate bi-weekly invoicing for a significant JLL US-based labor force.
• Lead and manage all Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) processes.
• Manage cash flow and coordinate application instructions with corporate accounting.
• Ensure proper management of billed receivables and non-reimbursable expenses.
• Lead a team in ensuring contract compliance for all reimbursable travel and entertainment expenses incurred by on-account employees.
• Oversee the delivery of corporate calendar deliverables, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Continuously improve processes and implement best practices in accounting and financial management.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 5-8 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and experience with ASC 606 implementation.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Excel (including managing large data sets), Power BI, Word, and Outlook.

• Experience with E1 and PeopleSoft General Ledger systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• High attention to detail.

• Demonstrated consistency in values, principles and work ethic.

• Understanding of and commitment to client service.

• A desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

121,000.00 – 148,500.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
