Join our Team as a Service Charge Accountant!
We are looking for two experienced Property/Service Charge Accountants to join team on a fixed-term basis until 31st December 2025 to cover internal secondments.
This is a fantastic time to join our dynamic Service Charges team and contribute to our mission of investing in people and places to build a stronger, more sustainable future.
In this role you will ensure accurate service charges are set in line with tenancies, leases, legislation, and group policies. Your expertise will help drive the efficient delivery of the Service Charges accounting process, helping budget holders achieve value for money. These roles also assist in providing financial and management accounting information for the Group and support Housing Operations in delivering financial accounting information to customers.

While this role is home-based, you should be able to travel to Group offices and other locations for meetings as required. In-person team meetings are held once a week, alternating between our offices at Birmingham Business Park, Solihull, and Central Park, Worcester.
