The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a high-impact Senior Program Procurement Lead who is comfortable setting direction and working in the weeds. This position will lead and scale the program's established, centralized procurement organization, owning a high-volume, multimillion-dollar purchasing portfolio that drives a significant share of monthly revenue across rapidly expanding Counter-UAS mission areas. The role pairs organizational leadership with daily, hands-on execution strengthening disciplined acquisition management, rigorous FAR/DFARS compliance, and scalable purchasing systems that keep pace with high-velocity DoD procurements and multi-theater material demands.
Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the program's procurement team, maturing and scaling the centralized purchasing function structures, workflows, and subcontract frameworks to meet growing demand.
Serve as the authoritative interface for all purchasing matters across technical managers, program support staff, and government stakeholders.
Scale high-volume procurement pipelines to keep pace with rapidly expanding Counter-UAS material and acquisition requirements.
Stay hands-on drafting, negotiating, and executing complex procurement packages alongside the team.
Drive absolute FAR/DFARS compliance and integrate technical requirements with defense contracting standards to eliminate purchasing friction and accelerate cycle velocity.
Own procurement driven revenue forecasting and lead the team in maintaining systems that accurately track material receipt, ensuring timely, reliable revenue recognition.
Manage subcontractor relationships and material readiness to prevent supply chain bottlenecks across multiple theaters.
