About United Dental Partners (UDP)
UDP is a large dental service organization (DSO) with 22 locations and over 400 employees; currently in two states (IL & IN). We are in growth mode through organic, de novo and acquisitions that focus on our existing services and new aspects of dentistry (e.g. “clear aligners”). Our current services include general dentistry, orthodontics, oral surgery and pedodontics.
We offer a casual work environment along with opportunities to work across the organization. The educational and talent level within the organization (e.g. doctors, seasoned dental executives) allows for intellectual skill development and the opportunity to learn about all parts of the business. We have strong preference to promote from within our organization as opportunities arise in any area of the business.
