Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Procurement Management 

Adding Value

  • Responsible to manage assigned Indirect services & 3rd Party categories; to conduct tender processes with national and international suppliers using our e-sourcing tools and responsibility for preparing and monitoring contracts cover positions.
  • Deliver tangible savings/avoidance according to set-up yearly targets
  • Responsible to tracking the value benefit the business will derive from each of projects implement.
  • Support the development of high-quality tools and process in alignment with Head of Procurement Excellence 

          Driving Innovation and Sustainability

  • To Look outside to build and refresh business knowledge on new technologies, trends and relevance to short, medium and long-term innovation needs
  • Work closely together with NPD, Quality & technical as part of Indirect services & 3rd Party community, support the business on generation of innovation possibilities.
  • Develop advanced skills in SAP ERP systems, particularly within SAP S/4HANA and Ariba modules. Capable of resolving system issues, supporting end-users, and collaborating with IT teams to enhance system functionality and performance. Demonstrate a solid grasp of SAP process flows and data structures, with the ability to train colleagues and support process improvements and system optimization initiatives.

  Risk management

  • Ensure that appropriate contractual coverage and liabilities management across categories are in place
  • Responsible to monitor and assess risk, to build appropriate business continuity plans (BCP) and executing risk mitigation activities for all responsible categories, sites and markets.
  • Responsible to manage risk and ensure compliance in accordance with all TwO and ABF Legal, Finance SOP & Ethical standards.
  • Ensure ethical sourcing standards for Indirect services & 3rd Party and supplier conformance.

  • +5 years experiences in procurement
  • Cross functional experience in international field
  • +5 years FMCG strategic procurement experience ideally all main categories spend areas

  • Procurement Category Management best practice

  • Independently solving complex problems, taking a broad perspective to identify solutions
  • Project Management Experience

Qualifications

  • Nationally recognized professional certification in Procurement (eg Member of the Chartered Instituted of Procurement, CIP qualified or equivalent professional procurement or supply chain qualification)
