Job Title:	Procurement Category Lead Indirect Services & 3^rd Party BiG
Reports to:	Procurement Head of Manufacturing & Business Services – solid line Vice President Operations TNA – dotted line
Department:	Global Procurement TwO
Reporting Location:	Greensboro International travel as required to deliver core responsibilities of the role
Stakeholder (internal/external):	TNA Business Unit: Operations Finance, and Leadership Team TwO Global Procurement NPD Centre of Excellence Quality & Technical Biztech, Finance & Data Teams Social Impact Team ABF Category Managers Category Supplier base Third Party Consultants, Professional Bodies, Experts (as required expected)

Role Purpose:

The Procurement Category Leader Indirect Services (Operational and Facilities Management, Professional Services, HR Services, Travel, IT Telecoms) & 3rd Party BiG has the major responsibility for the assigned sub-categories in Twinings North America.
Business Partnering with key stakeholders (internal and external) to clearly define near and long-term business need priorities
Achieving value through agreed total cost savings delivery, supporting innovation and managing risk in accordance with all TwO and ABF Legal, Finance SOP & Ethical standards.
Develop and Lead SPM programs with all agreed core Suppliers.
Develop and Lead SRM programs with specific agreed strategic Suppliers.

Scope of Role:

TNA Third Party spend $22M annualised;
TNA Indirects Services $10M annualised;
Business Partner leadership across internal & external stakeholders
Advance projects within the assigned categories to create a savings pipeline extending three years or more
Deliver, with stretch, agreed annual total cost savings targets
Generate additional value, manage risk, fulfill sustainability targets, and advance innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Procurement Management

Development and implementation of procurement strategies, from supplier sourcing through contract award to continuous contract performance management
Building knowledge and category management excellence for all categories in Indirect services & 3rd Party BiG.
Responsible to identify and agree on Guided buying Channels which are inline with Category strategy and execute sourcing and contract accordingly and support set up supplier in the Ariba Guided buying.
Support the annual budget process in planning and defining standard pricing.
Manage Procure to Pay Policy launch locally with Central support

Adding Value

Responsible to manage assigned Indirect services & 3rd Party categories; to conduct tender processes with national and international suppliers using our e-sourcing tools and responsibility for preparing and monitoring contracts cover positions.
Deliver tangible savings/avoidance according to set-up yearly targets
Responsible to tracking the value benefit the business will derive from each of projects implement.
Support the development of high-quality tools and process in alignment with Head of Procurement Excellence

Driving Innovation and Sustainability

To Look outside to build and refresh business knowledge on new technologies, trends and relevance to short, medium and long-term innovation needs
Work closely together with NPD, Quality & technical as part of Indirect services & 3rd Party community, support the business on generation of innovation possibilities.
Develop advanced skills in SAP ERP systems, particularly within SAP S/4HANA and Ariba modules. Capable of resolving system issues, supporting end-users, and collaborating with IT teams to enhance system functionality and performance. Demonstrate a solid grasp of SAP process flows and data structures, with the ability to train colleagues and support process improvements and system optimization initiatives.

Risk management

Ensure that appropriate contractual coverage and liabilities management across categories are in place

Responsible to monitor and assess risk, to build appropriate business continuity plans (BCP) and executing risk mitigation activities for all responsible categories, sites and markets.
Responsible to manage risk and ensure compliance in accordance with all TwO and ABF Legal, Finance SOP & Ethical standards.
Ensure ethical sourcing standards for Indirect services & 3rd Party and supplier conformance.

Business Partnering

Accountable for advancing business partnering with key stakeholders across indirect services and third parties to understand business needs, align activities, and continuously develop the supplier base to build the credibility and trust needed to improve value delivery
Business Partner with Social Impact; and Quality teams to define ethical sourcing standards for categories and supplier conformance
Maintain appropriate communications with TwO Procurement and ABF Procurement Group

Candidate Specifications

	Required	Preferred
Experience	+5 years experiences in procurement Cross functional experience in international field	+5 years FMCG strategic procurement experience ideally all main categories spend areas
Skill / Knowledge	Procurement Category Management best practice Experienced Negotiation skills & tactics Independently solving complex problems, taking a broad perspective to identify solutions Project Management Experience Legal knowledge and experience E- Sourcing Skills Risk Management Supplier relationship management Business Partnering Skills 3^rd Party experience	Knowledge of Indirect&3^rd Party spend categories in FMCG industry Value engineering Price modelling Understanding of commodity markets Experience in Ariba Guided buying
Qualifications	Nationally recognized professional certification in Procurement (eg Member of the Chartered Instituted of Procurement, CIP qualified or equivalent professional procurement or supply chain qualification)	Degree level education
