Position Summary:  
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to support financial operations within our manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, analyzing performance, and providing timely reporting to support business decisions, budgeting, and forecasting.
What you can look forward to as a Plant Accountant:
•    Prepare and post journal entries to accurately reflect financial results
•    Monitor financial accounts and ensure accuracy of month-end close processes
•    Analyze financial data, identify variances, and take corrective action as needed
•    Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial outlook updates
•    Provide management reporting and insights on plant performance
•    Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with internal controls
•    Investigate and analyze customer payment variances
•    Contribute to continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives

Your Profile as a Plant Accountant:
•    Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
•    3–5 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive preferred)
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
•    Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
•    Experience with SAP and/or QAD systems preferred
•    Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting processes

•    Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
•    Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment
•    Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
•    Familiarity with internal controls and audit processes
