EDI Compliance Analyst - Remote

iSphere is looking for an EDI Compliance Analyst for a 12+ month remote opportunity.

This role will support the Master Data team as responsibilities shift and processes are transitioned. The client needs someone who already understands EDI and can step in without needing the basics explained from scratch.

You will monitor daily EDI activity, troubleshoot transmission and transaction issues, work with vendors and third-party EDI providers, and help make sure data is flowing where it should, when it should, and in the format everyone agreed on.

A big part of the job is vendor compliance. You will track issues, report on outstanding problems, help vendors work through EDI errors, support onboarding and testing, and keep internal teams informed when something is holding up the process.

What we need:

Experience with vendor onboarding and EDI testing would be a big plus, especially if you have helped vendors move onto new EDI solutions or worked through testing issues before production.

This role will also help improve processes as the transition continues. If something keeps breaking, the client does not just want someone who can fix it every morning. They want someone who can help figure out why it keeps happening and make the process better.

The person who does well here will be comfortable working between the business, vendors, and technical providers and knows how to keep everyone moving toward the same resolution instead of spending three days figuring out whose problem it is.

If EDI compliance, vendor support, and troubleshooting have been a regular part of your work, we should talk.
