Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.   Blue Mountain Construction Services in Vacaville, CA, has an Immediate opening for a Director of Procurement.  JOB SUMMARY The Director of Procurement is responsible for leading and managing the company's procurement strategy, purchasing operations, supplier relationships, and material sourcing activities. This position ensures the company obtains the right products, equipment, and materials at the best overall value while maintaining quality, availability, delivery, and compliance standards. The Director of Procurement will develop and implement procurement strategies that support the company's operational and financial objectives, negotiate favorable pricing and terms with vendors, establish strong supplier partnerships, and identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve purchasing efficiency. This role will work closely with Operations, Warehouse, Finance, Sales, Service, Installation, and Executive Leadership to ensure materials are available when needed while maintaining appropriate inventory levels and minimizing unnecessary spending.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Incumbent must have the skills, ability, and judgment to perform the following essential job duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation: Procurement Strategy & Leadership Vendor & Supplier Management Cost Management Inventory & Materials Management KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
