Accounts Receivable Specialist
Immediate need for Accounts Receivable Specialist – remote Responsible for managing billing processes, ensuring accurate invoicing, and maintaining detailed records of financial transactions related to customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate accurate invoices, month end close.
- Maintain and update billing records in a timely manner.
- Monitor payments and ensure timely receipt of funds.
- Ensure all payment terms and conditions are met.
- Ensure accurate data entry into accounting software or systems.
- Reconcile billing discrepancies or errors and work to resolve them quickly.
- Proven experience in an ERP environment.
- Coordinating with technical IT teams.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of AR experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and other office applications.
