Accounts Receivable Specialist

Ron Hoover RV & Marine Centers is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our accounting team. If you have strong organizational skills, enjoy working with numbers, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

• Process and post customer payments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Reconcile customer accounts and research payment discrepancies.
• Monitor aging receivables and assist with collection efforts as needed.
• Prepare daily deposits and maintain accurate cash receipt records.
• Work closely with dealership locations to resolve outstanding customer balances.
• Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and account reconciliations.
• Generate Accounts Receivable reports and provide information to management.
• Perform additional accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Previous Accounts Receivable or accounting experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with accounting software or dealership management systems is a plus.
• Ability to analyze and resolve discrepancies accurately.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling financial information.
