Accounts Receivable Clerk

Acuren Inspection is currently looking for a remote Finance Admin to support our US operations.

• Research and resolve unapplied payments
• Inform Office Managers of customer account problems and unresolved cash application claims within a timely manner
• Contact customers, internal contacts, and 3^rd party portals to obtain payment remits
• Answer internal inquiries regarding payment applications and follow up on related unresolved issues
• Utilize Vlookups and pivot tables on reference documents to convert customer reference numbers into Acuren invoice numbers
• Obtain updated reference documents from Office Managers and maintain Cash Team‚Äôs internal reference documents
• Identify and propose solutions to increase the effectiveness of processes and procedures
• Conduct account reconciliations to identify and correct posting errors
• Apply payments with accuracy

• • High School Diploma
  • 1 - 3 years of experience with AR and Collections
  • Previous experience in accurate processing within a high-volume environment
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook with general knowledge of Accounting systems (Sage MAS)
  • Strong data entry background with an emphasis on 10-key skills
  • Ability to professionally and effectively build relationships
  • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience working in an industrial environment would be considered an asset
