Finance Manager. Sr. Finance Manager – Manufacturing.
Remote-based with light travel!
NextStep Recruiting is recruiting for a large, private equity-owned Manufacturer who is hiring for an experienced Finance Manager or Sr. Finance Manager to join their team.
Qualifications
Candidates should have the following experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field. Advanced degree and/or certifications a plus
- 6+ years of progressive corporate finance experience, including 2+ years of management experience
- Strong manufacturing industry experience, including experience working with the commercial side of the business, and strong SG&A finance experience.
- Experience working with private equity-owned organizations is a plus
- Strong MS Excel financial modeling skills. Power BI is a plus
- Excellent leadership skills
Work Environment & Preferences
Our client is offering a remote-based work environment with some travel to the corporate headquarters in the Midwest, 3-4 days per month. Eastern or Central Time Zone candidates preferred.
